Do You Have to Have A Difficult Conversation?

The thought of these conversations can consume your thoughts, tangle your tummy, and can raise your levels of stress or anxiety.

Dealing with your friends or colleagues when something has ‘gone wrong’ in your relationship can be very confronting.

Things go wrong in relationships all the time. Often out-of-the-blue, often out of your control and quite unintentional.

But never the less, how you choose to deal with this situation can make or break your personal and business relationships.

As the emotional triggers of anger, anxiety, fear, guilt, or confusion run through you, depending on whether you’ve been ‘wronged’ or you've done the 'wronging'  you have the choice to play High Drama or come from Grace.

To come from Grace you need 3 abilities: 

1. The ability to have compassion for your friend or colleague
2. The ability to ‘see’ them as their highest and best self no matter how emotional they are
3. The ability to dive under your emotional triggers and see the reality of the situation (drop your own drama)
