Nothing prepares us in life for the loss of a loved one.
If you lose your parents no matter how old you are you can feel like an orphan.
Ifyou lose your partner you grieve the loss of a soul mate.
If you lose a child nothing will ever prepare you for it.
At this time of year it can be a great time of joy but it can also be a time of grieving and healing especially if you have lost a dear one.
Over the years I have supported many people move through deep grief and sorrow and find their happiness again.
During this time I believe you have to be very gentle with yourself and allow yourself to grieve, to feel your sorrow and heal.
There are four perspectives that can support you during grief
1. Know you have the strength to overcome this. Every single one of us has a part of ourself that is strong and courageous and will pull you through.
2. Remember and realise this is part of the cycle of life. We are all birthed and we will all pass on some day.
3. Look to those who are experiencing greater difficulty than you.
4. The divine is within you and with you.
In my video I show you how to connect to the divine and your loved one. In this sacred space you will connect with the divine and ask
"What does my loved one want me to experience in this moment?”
"What does my loved one want for me, what is their greatest gift for me?”
The answer is usually to experience this sacred life, to find your happiness and joy again, even more than you could possibly imagine.
I believe it is healing to connect with your loved one energetically, to feel their love and support because it is always there.
We are all immortal yet we are eternal.
Know grief sits in your throat chakra and so does gratitude. When you are ready turn your Grief into Gratitude and you will find your happiness again.
Be gentle with yourself.
